Lithuania’s first renewable energy solutions provider aiming to automate repetitive tasks and enable its existing sales team to spend more time on active sales.

The challenge

Several different challenges, all linked by the same underlying issues - each task was done manually, took a lot of time, and was prone to human error due to manual data copying between systems:

  • Incoming leads from various sources (Facebook, Google, website) were handled and distributed to sales reps manually.
  • Template-based documents (e.g., client contracts, delivery and acceptance documents) were formed manually.
  • Manual data transfer from CRM to project planning and management system.
  • Manual invoice creation in Rivile GAMA.
What we did
  • Implemented an automation which automatically imports leads from various sources into the CRM and assigns them to one of the sales reps based on predefined rules.
  • Implemented an automation which enables template-based document generation with a click of a button.
  • Integrated Pipedrive CRM with project planning and management system Asana so that when a project is won, data is automatically transferred between both systems.
  • Integrated Pipedrive CRM with financial accounting system Rivile GAMA enabling invoice generation with a click of a button.
Results
  • Less work: we automated repetitive tasks, giving the team more time to work on leads and sales. For example, the invoice generation process was reduced from approx. 10 minutes to just a few seconds.
  • Increased employee efficiency: thanks to our automations, Reenpro sales team saves approx 100 hours every month.
  • Better quality: with clearly defined rules and automatic enforcement, we improved data accuracy and reduced the number of errors.
