We’re not here to push software. We’re here to make sales operations actually work.

Maven Labs started with one question: why are sales teams (including us) still stuck using tools they hate? After automating our own chaos and getting addicted to the results, we realized: most SMEs are still stuck in the weeds, unsure where to even start.

That’s where we come in. We help teams clean up their systems, automate the repetitive stuff, and track what matters. No bloated dashboards, no AI hype for the sake of it - just practical systems that your team will actually use.

Over the span of our careers, we worked with organizations of all sizes - from Nordic banks and Baltic insurers to small, fast-growing sales teams. Today, we focus on SMEs, where the impact is fastest and the ROI is clear. We’ve built CRM systems, automated messy workflows, and designed KPIs that actually guide decisions.

We’re fluent in CRMs and tools like Pipedrive, Monday, Airtable, Attio, Zoho, Hubspot (even Salesforce, unfortunately), and we use automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, n8n to keep things fast, flexible, and easy to maintain. When it comes to AI, we don’t just experiment - we implement what works. We’ve used tools like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Lovable to help teams enhance workflows, auto-generate content, structure data, and reduce busywork.
